Minutes From Feb. 4

  • Meeting called to order by Danielle M. at 2:00pm Feb. 4th, 2006 in the Hay Fort
  • Pledge- we have a flag!

  • President's Report: Absent
  • Vice President's Report: Rode Trixie by myself
  • Tresurer's Report: We have almost $100. Everyone paid dues.
  • Secretary's Report: Absent, Hootie standing in.
  • Reporter's Report: Flyers up in both schools.
  • Photographer's Report: Took lots of pictures.
  • Old Buisness:
          Horse World Expo: we passed around a horseshoe and everyone told something they learned at the Expo.
  • New Buisness:
          VDay Party: in the hay loft, Feb 11th 2pm. Contact Kat with what you are bringing.
          Danielle's Birthday
          Justin donated a large poster of horse parts (Thank you!)
          We will rotate who is responsible for refreshments. Next month Kayla will bring a snack, Jessica will bring a drink.
             If you cannot make a meeting where you are assigned to bring something, please contact Kat.
          Next meeting activity: Event Walk, pending weather. Come dressed to explore outside.
             In case of bad weather, we will work on freestyle rides.
          April Meeting- Spring Cleaning Party. Kat will provide refreshments.
          April 7th Washington County Horse Bowl & Pizza Party 6:30 at the Ag center
          May Meeting- Derby party!
            Stick horse race: bring a stick horse(or use a pitchfork), come up with a name for your horse, and design your silks.
          Discussed camping trip/trail ride
